Adam Landrum

“Nothing great in the world has ever been accomplished without passion.” Since a teenager, Adam Landrum knew he was going to be an entrepreneur. Graduating Cum Laude from Clemson University and landing a job with Arthur Andersen to shortly thereafter become a CPA--Adam knew it would be short-lived. And short-lived it was because he soon leveraged his Big 5 consulting experience and in 2002 launched a Digital Strategy company called Merge in Atlanta, Georgia. Merge relocated to Greenville in 2007 and is now one of the leading internet marketing firms in the Upstate. As the head of the company Adam sees his job as ensuring that his business, clients and employees have what they need in order to be successful.
Adam is a member of the Greenville Chamber of Commerce where he serves on several boards and committees, including the Issue Series, Reality Check and Advantage Greenville. He is a member of PULSE and is currently the Chair of PULSE's Board of Directors and formerly PULSE's Pacesetter Committee (a group mentoring program for young professionals). Landrum will also serve on the Chamber's Board of Regents and Board of Governors in 2010.
Adam is also passionate about the arts and serves as a Board Member of MAC (the Metropolitan Arts Council).
Adam is a graduate of Leadership Greenville, Class 35. Furthermore, Landrum has proudly served out at Holiday Lights and the Read to Me Program as a member of The Rotary Club of Greenville. He has also served at the Frazee Dream Center, Hands on Greenville and Meals on Wheels.
Additionally, he is a member of NEXT, a forum for CEO's of high tech, high growth firms in Greenville. He is active in his church, where he and his wife led the “Married with Children” ministry at Discover Church in Mauldin, before founding and currently running the Business Owners Group ministry for the church as well.
Greenville Magazine recognized Adam Landrum as one of Greenville’s Best and Brightest 35 and Under (Class 2009).
In addition to serving in the community and running a business, Adam enjoys Golf, Soccer, Basketball and an occasional half-marathon. Adam personally mentors young professionals in career and spiritual development.
Adam is married to his wonderful wife, Shely, and they greatly enjoy their four wonderful children, Brian, Laura, Douglas and Megan, ages eight to two.
