What's the Coolest Thing that Happened To You on the Web this Week?

Jul 22, 2010 | Skip to comments » | Share |

Did you get a big order through the web this week?

An email that made you smile?

A picture that made you cry?

Watch a movie, or a sporting event or TV show on the web?

Find the coolest pair of sunglasses?

Give $25 to an entrepreneur in Nicaragua (www.Kiva.org)?

Conduct a webinar to people from around the world?

Touch over 60,000 people through an electronic newsletter?

Change the life of someone who you'll never know or never meet (except maybe one day in heaven)?

Buy tickets to go see your favorite artist?

Watch your kids play in their rooms--while you're at work?

Find the perfect vacation house?

Find your dream home?

Sell your home?

Hear from a long lost friend?

Watch your nieces grow up before your very eyes--even though they're hundreds of miles away?

Many of these I've done on the web this week. Some I'd like to do or have "happen" to me. Think about how the web impacts your life. It's pretty amazing the reach and implications its having--and how more and more each day it's almost becoming invisible or border-less in our lives.

Today, we met with a client that is going to affect 1,000's of lives through his website. We have the good fortune to be the architects of that website, his vision. Merge--we love what we do.
