Rob Ketterer: Visionworks Consulting

Senior Consultant and President

Since 1984, Rob's work has included extensive work in management consulting, strategic planning, brand management and advertising - all revolving around strategy development and execution in the context of teamwork. Most recently, beginning in 1997, he has served as a management consultant to a wide variety of industries and clients. This work includes applications of high performance teamwork and leadership development. Rob's consulting work has had a transformational impact on multiple organizations who have met and even exceeded the vision he helped them establish and pursue.

Previously, Rob worked to establish and communicate the marketing strategy for the Coca-Cola brand around the world as a Global Brand Manager. In his seven years at the Coca-Cola Company's world headquarters in Atlanta, his assignments included the marketing of a wide range of brands domestically and internationally.

Rob earned an MBA in Marketing from Duke University in 1988, and prior to that a BA in Economics and International Relations from Colgate University where he was a four year member of the Colgate Golf Team. He lives in Atlanta and is a marathon runner.

Peter Baljet: Visiprise

Vice President of Product Development

Peter Baljet is responsible for the development of all Visiprise software solutions. Peter's development and design background, coupled with his experiences working with numerous leading global electronics original equipment manufacturers and contract manufacturers, provides Peter with an exceptional blend of management skills and expertise in developing mission-critical enterprise systems. As vice president of product development, Peter is responsible for the overall technical architecture and functional implementation of the products, as well as strategic product direction. He has been managing the Visiprise Manufacturing development group since its inception.

Peter earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Auburn University and a Masters in Management of Technology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.

Bill Shaw: Eagle Products

Chief Executive Officer

Bill Shaw is the Chief Financial Officer of Eagle Performance Products Corporation--a textile chemical manufacturer specializing in fire retardant fabric treatments for motels, hospitals, nursing homes and other commercial buildings. Since 1974 when Eagle was formed, Bill has survived the normal business hazards of imports, ever increasing/changing government regulations, IRS audits, partnership buy-outs, and employee-embezzlement.

Bill received his Chemical Engineering degree from the University of South Carolina in 1965 and worked for several large chemical companies before moving to Atlanta where he lives with his wife, Suzanne, two daughters, five grandsons and five granddaughters.
