Al Gossett

Al Gossett is Vice President of Marketing and Sales for Integral Solutions Group- a Technology Services Company focusing on Managed Services and Cabling Infrastructure. Al is a highly effective executive with extensive information technology experience and a proven track record in planning and financial management. Adept at working with company's senior management to understand their business needs and translate those needs into Information Technology plans. Excellent analytical, problem solving, communications, negotiating, and people skills. At Integral Solutions Group, Al is responsible for product and service direction, planning, marketing and sales.

Prior to Integral Solutions Group, Al was President and Chief Executive Officer of Digital-DNS, Inc. He started Digital-DNS in 2000 and grew the company into a successful Technology Services company serving over 300 clients in all industries. In August of 2008, Digital-DNS was sold and merged with Integral Solutions Group, a division of J M Smith Corporation based in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

Prior to Digital-DNS, Al was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Insignia Financial Group- a real estate services company that became the largest company in their industry through 35 plus acquisitions in eight years. Other experience includes eight years with U.S. Shelter Corporation as Director of Management Information Services, five years with Computer Resources, Inc. as Vice President of Systems and Programming, nine years with Bigelow-Sanford, Inc. as Senior Staff Analyst, and two years with Milliken as programmer.

Al has a B.S. in Business and Computer Science and is a regular speaker at entrepreneur technology and managed services events. He is a member of NEXT, a forum of high growth companies in Greenville; a member of Dell Advisory Group for the Dell Channel program; and active in several technology organizations. He resides in Easley, South Carolina.

Terry R. Weaver, PE

Terry Weaver has led and managed successful businesses throughout his career. His experience as a Fortune 100 Vice President, mid-cap company President/COO and round-trip (startup, growth, sale) entrepreneur provides a unique perspective to his business coaching assignments.

Terry began his professional career with Johnson Controls, Inc., progressing rapidly and becoming the youngest Branch Manager, Regional Manager and Vice President in the company's history.

At KEMET Corporation, he served as VP of Sales and Marketing, Executive VP, and President and COO. KEMET grew from $500 million to $750 million in revenues under his leadership.

In 1997, Terry formed Metaprise Consulting, an outsource Information Technology provider, specializing in Custom Application Development, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems, and Network Services. He sold Metaprise Consulting in 2002.

Terry is past president of the Rotary Club of Greenville, active on several technical advisory boards, and was inducted into the Kansas State University Engineering Hall of Fame in 2003.

Jim Henderson

Consultant

Jim Henderson serves as an active consultant for many high-tech companies in the Upstate. Jim formally was the President of KeyMark, Inc., a boot-strapped document management and automated data entry systems integrator that started with 2 people in 1996 and reached nearly 50 people by 2006, making the Inc 500 along the way. Jim's responsibilities assumed a wide range of responsibilities to facilitate, build, and manage growth of the company. Jim is a graduate of Clemson University.
